At Narciszmade, each piece is individually handcrafted and produced as a made-to-order item. Due to the artisanal and made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or refunds.

However, we do accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unused, and in original condition, except for made-to-order or customized pieces.

For any issues related to defects or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review sizing and product details before purchase.
