At Narciszmade, each piece is handcrafted and produced as a made-to-order item. Please review the following shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Production Time

All Narciszmade products are made-to-order.

Production typically requires 4–6 weeks depending on design complexity and order volume. Production time include shipping transit time.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and carrier rates.

Occasionally, promotional free shipping may be offered for select regions or order values.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country.

Narciszmade is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Narciszmade is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect addresses.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
